Tangazo la Kujaza Nafasi ya Naibu Katibu Mkuu-TUCTA

Shirikisho la Vyama vya Wafanyakazi Tanzania-TUCTA, linawatangazia wanachama
wa Vyama vyake Shiriki kuwa, kutakuwa na kikao cha Baraza Kuu la TUCTA
Kinachotarajiwa kufanyika mwezi Machi 2024, ambapo pamoja na masuala mengine,
Baraza kuu litafanya Uchaguzi wa kujaza nafasi ya Naibu Katibu Mkuu, TUCTA.
Tangazo hili linawalenga wanachama wote wenye sifa, na ari kugombea nafasi hiyo.
Moja ya sifa za msingi kwa mujibu wa Katiba ya TUCTA na Kanuni zake ni
mgombea kuwa; mwanachama hai wa chama Shiriki, mwenye elimu ya Sekondari au
zaidi, mwenye uzoefu wa uongozi/utendaji ndani ya vyama vya wafanyakazi au
Shirikisho, awe amedhaminiwa na chama chake ambacho kimetimiza masharti yote
ya kujishirikisha kwa mujibu wa katiba ya TUCTA.
Mgombea atatakiwa kujaza fomu ya maombi ya Uongozi kwa nafasi husika. Fomu
inapatikana kwenye Ofisi ya Katibu Mkuu wa kila Chama Shiriki au mgombea
anaweza kuipakua katika tovuti ya TUCTA; www.tucta.or.tz
Baada ya mgombea kuijaza fomu kikamilifu, atalazimika kuirejesha kwa Ofisi ya
Katibu Mkuu wa chama chake kwa uhakiki na kuidhinishwa. (mgombea ajaze nakala 3,
ambapo mbili zikabidhiwe kwa Katibu Mkuu wake na nyingine abaki nayo). Vyama Shiriki
ndivyo vitakuwa na jukumu la kuziwasilisha fomu za wagombea wa Vyama vyao kwa
Ofisi ya katibu Mkuu-TUCTA. Aidha, Fomu zitaanza kuchukuliwa mara tu baada
ya tangazo hili kutoka.
