TUCTA (Trade Union Congress of Tanzania) is committed to promoting:

2. Youth Empowerment: Creating opportunities, providing training, and advocating for youth-friendly labor policies.

3. Gender Equality: Challenging traditional gender roles, encouraging women’s participation, and eliminating workplace gender-based discrimination.
